Hi I am Siddesh S,

I got a Tata photon wireless broadband connection in corporate plan 10GB unlimited with 3.1 Mbps speed @ RS1100 in the month of Sep'11.

But from the day I took it never crossed 50 kbps and now-a-days its not even crossing 4kbps not even 0.1% of the total speed. With this I cannot work/open my applications.

So I need my device amount Rs1400 to be payed back ASAP so that I can choose some other vendor's connection. I am totally dis-satisfied with Tata Services.
