    Hi Sir,

    I purchased a Tata Photon Plus from 'http://www.connectindia.in/' and his address is :
    A-36, Sector 64,
    Noida - 201301, INDIA

    Email: support@connectindia.in.
    When i purchased it there was a laptop bag free.On time of purchasing, his suppliers told me that my laptop bag will be come after two or three days. But now it's going to about one month but my bag didn't come.Now when i call back to Mr.Rohit(supplier,Mob no:9654789560) to give my bag,they always make excuse. They are cheating.
    So Sir,I kindly request to you please help me regarding this issue and give him a good lesson and please get back your authroity to sell tata product from this company where employes is irrtating consutomers and this is not a good feedback to your consumers.

I think i'll have to do recomplain in Cunsumer Forum.I talked many times to your executive but they told it is delivered from there it would me on the way and will reach within 2 or 3 days to your address. But it passes more than one week from deleivery date but result is still same. I'm really too much disappointed and surprsised to your such type of service.

    Unhappy Tata(Tata Photon Plus) ....very slow speed and disconnections

    My Postpaid Tata Photon plus. No 9212274577
    Its more than a month that i am facing the slow speed issues and sudden "disconnections " .

    Please check the below statistics which shows very poor speed.
    that i get from http://speedtest.net/result/1772178524.png :

    Download Speed:0.09 Mbps(10.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
    Upload Speed: 0.06Mbps (4.1 KB/sec transfer rate)

    I'm paying my bills on time and getting such bad speed, it's very frustrating.

    Kindly look into the issue on priority.

    Default Tata photon plus in safe custody but billed--FRAUD

    I have a Tata Photon connection with phone number 9248114116. I thought of terminating the account and called customer service on October 2nd, 2011. The call centre lady told me that instead of terminating the account , I can keep the account under safe custody for 6 months i.e; from 3rd October 2011 to march 2nd 2012. The request number is 28199035. I kept a note of this request number and the dates mentioned by the lady and sent an email to myself on the same date. When, I checked my email, I came to know the dates. I got a bill in the month of February 2012 for the time period January 5th 2012 to February 4th 2012. Now, I understood why the call centre agent told me to keep it in safe custody instead of terminating.
    I called the customer service now and they told me that as per my email request, my account is activated. I never sent any email or called anybody. When I told that I did not send any email, she said, she will find out and later told that safe custody period is only 3 months. I got an email on January 5th as shown below.

    As per the email above, it says, as per my email request. I got the above email on January 5th and I thought that I got this email maybe because of my old request in October. The email mentioned as activation/deactivation and I did not think much as I did not send any email and I thought maybe it was related to my request for safe custody in October. When I got the bill, the customer service told that my account was activated as per my email request. Later, they told me that safe custody period is only 3 months. I have an email where I noted down the request number and the dates which I sent to myself just for my information. Now, they are telling that safe custody period is only 3 months. If it is 3 months, I would not have kept it in safe custody as I was sure that I dont need it, but because of 6 months time , I opted for safe custody. I called them to disconnect now and since payment is due, they will not disconnect. When, I checked this forum, I found out that, I am not alone.
    I do not know why big companies resort to cheating like this. They will send emails without any details. I understand why tatas became so big now. Why big companies resort to this type of fraudulent activities, I dont know.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your early reply. I never called customer care or sent an email or did anything to reactivate from safe custody from my side. I have an ipad with 3G and I am using it for my Internet connection while I am outside and I have a broadband phone connection at home. I wanted to terminate photon in october 2011 as the speeds were very low and the broadband connection at my home was delivering promised speed. I eventually bought an ipad with 3g and I was using it outside my home. So, why will I reactivate when I do not need it. Can you provide me the details of how I activated it as you are saying as per my request, the device is reactivated. I called customer care and they were saying that, after 3 months period, the device will be automatically activated if i call or not. Please clarify whether it is reactivated after 3 months period automatically or as per my request. I never called or emailed or requested to reactivate as i do not need the connection.
