Hi,
I have submitted disconnect request on 16 th oct 2011 to Tikona Digital networks Mumbai after clearing all the pending bill.They told me send us confirmation mail from registered email and they will disconnect connection within 3-4 days.According to their given mail id i have sent mail to them on Customer_Care@tikona.in but they didn't took any action.Then I called up them on 1 st nov 2011 they told me that "they didn't received any mail from me". actually they have given me wrong email id correct one is customercare@tikona.in .again i have sent mail on customercare@tikona.in at 1 nov 2011 and 8 nov 2011 also.but they yet not disconnected the connection and they demanding 2 months bill from me .
Kindly take my complaint against Tikona digital services(website Tikona Wireless Broadband Plans | Internet Services Provider | Broadband Plans, Wi-Fi plans high quality)
