Dear sir, i want to take a tikon broadband connection i paid 1000 rs in cash bt tikona did not provide me connection. when i contact to customer care center they said that cancel ur request and u will receive ur refund i did all procedure . after 4 months i received only 448 rs. with wrong name on cheque. i submit my all documents having name gaurav singh bhadauriya bt they issue me the cheque of 448 only with name gaurav bhadauriya.

now they don't give me any feed back they said that i send the refund of 448 bt they did not done installtion yet he deduct the amount. i inform customer care about 448 rs. return instead of 1000 having wrong name on cheque.
Please help me to refund my money.

dear sir,
installtion guy did not done the installation. When i talked to him he said that cancel ur request. i contact to customer care he cancelled he request. After 4 months i received the cheque of amount 448/- rs. and cheque was named gaurav bhadauriya. I hve that cheque bcoz i can't send it back plz stop the payment of that cheque and provide me another cheque with my whole amount 1000/-rs. and cheque should be in favour of Gaurav Singh Bhadauriya. I have no time to courier ur cheque plz stop the payment of ur cheque. I just want to know that how many procedures i have to follow to refund my payment. I have spent more that 200 rs. in calling. Nw i have to courier my proof of identity. I have already submitted these documents when i make the payment u have the all information so nw what is the problem. I want to know clearly that tikona will return my payment or not.I am providing my all information
