I brought new connection on 7th of jan 2012, at that I get Full 2Mbps speed but after 5hrs, in the same evening my net speed get down to 94kpbs this is surfing speed and download speed is below 1kpbs. From then I am try to connect customer care and as well as nodal office too. But the answers are very ridiculous . first of all customer care is always busy, by-mistake, yes by-mistake, if you get connected with them, they hang-up the call. and beside this nodal office has more bad response then customer care. they told that you did the greate mistake of getting Tikona Broadband, yes this is. Even they are not afraid of consumer court. they openly told that go any-where.
