This is to inform that services of Tikona Broadband are worst.
I had taken a new connection Tikon representative, Umesh (Mob: 9371223584) in Pune.
I had also paid cash, Rs 1200 for new connection on 13th Dec'2011. The executive also gave me the receipt mention his ID on the form as 500014738 and confirmed that installation would be done in 4 days.
But from the next day itself, the exective's mobile was switched off.
I mailed @ customercare@tikona.in & nodal.maharashtra@tikona.in , but still I did not get any response from them. The services offered by them are worst.
No one is even bothered to reply to mails. I would recommend everyone to never take any connection from Tikona Broadband as these guys are not going to help their customers in case of any problem. I have decided to move to consumer court and get justice.
