    Angry Tikona Broadband

    Hello Team,

    This is to inform that services of Tikona Broadband are worst.
    I had taken a new connection Tikon representative, Umesh (Mob: 9371223584) in Pune.
    I had also paid cash, Rs 1200 for new connection on 13th Dec'2011. The executive also gave me the receipt mention his ID on the form as 500014738 and confirmed that installation would be done in 4 days.
    But from the next day itself, the exective's mobile was switched off.
    I mailed @ customercare@tikona.in & nodal.maharashtra@tikona.in , but still I did not get any response from them. The services offered by them are worst.
    No one is even bothered to reply to mails. I would recommend everyone to never take any connection from Tikona Broadband as these guys are not going to help their customers in case of any problem. I have decided to move to consumer court and get justice.
    The details of the application are as below:

    Application no: 50000018318066
    Amount Paid: 1200
    Date: 13/12/2011.

    If someone can help in this regrad, it would be greatfull.

    Even i am a victim the same fraud being done by a tikona representative in Mumbai and have shared the whole episode on this forum as well. But sad to see that no one has till date bothered to reply on the post from Tikona and apart giving docket no's my mail address where too i have posted my compaint. I am soon going to file a case against them in consumer forum apart from registering compaint for fraud by thier representatives under IPC Section 420 in police as well.

    I suggest you file a fraud compaint with call records and receipt you have apart from mails you have shared with nodal and customer care. The music of legal action might wake them up to resolve your issue.

    However, its evident that they don't have a professional attitute to deal with customers. They expect thier business to run on fancy plans which certainly falls flat with their industry's most pathetic sales and customer handling approach. Witn no dignity and respect for customers, they can't strive for long.

    I urge all to stay away from this fraud company and do not waste your valuable time and money on them. They can never learn as cheating appears in thier blood from what i have exprienced and endured while dealing with them.

    This is to inform that no User ID was communicated to me. My no. is 9922996310.
    I called on 1-800 209 4276, but the representative says that customercare@tikona.in will reply. But even after many follow ups, your customer care does not reply.
