    Thumbs down Tikona Broadband - The biggest FRAUD.

    Hi All,
    Myself Manoj kumar Giri from Pune & I'm a victim of Tikona. (Victim Account Number : 116300979)
    My bad time started from 10th Nov, when i took Tikona Broadband.
    I got a very good demo on the service with expected speed & connectivity. So without spending a single min i applied for it.
    Filled the form, paid the amount in advance. After two days i got the connection. But the very next day, i tried so many times to login to it. But failed every time. I report it to the customer care department, and came to know that the device is defective.
    But no body came to rectify it. So i applied for disconnection & refund. They committed me that within 20 days i'll get the full refund.
    Till now they have generated so many disconnection request (complain no: 1-2017051664, 1-2036779755, 1-2069731829, and many more). But not a single action has been taken on any of the request. Still my a/c is active which i can't use.
    Till now neither i got a proper installation nor tech support. When i ask for refund i got another Bill & reminder mail to pay the bill.
    I used to call them frequently to increase my Blood Pressure.
    If you speak to them politely they will put you on hold for at least 30 min and then redirect you to different dept of Tikona saying the issue is not coming under their dept, but nobody will respond to you. And if you speak loudly in a slightly bad manner they will listen to you and will generate a new request for follow up. And this will continue...
    I've used so many internet services. Everywhere their are some problem, but sooner or later i got the service.
    But Tikona is unique. Their objective is different, their process is totally different.
    During these 52 days, I became very familiar to Tikona work culture. And i came to know that Tikona will give a new definition to service provider company.

    So my friends, If you want to increase your BP, please subscribe to Tikona Broadband.
    Still waiting for the Justice to lower my BP...

    Default Tikona Disconnection

    Tikona has probably the worst service I have ever experienced.

    At the time of applying for the connection, i had asked the sales executive (Lokesh) if the router already present with us will work or not. We told him if it willnot work, we werenot interested in the connection and will take some other connection. He immediately said Yes it will work and took the payment.

    After that , there was no response from him.
    Two days back, when the installation guy came, he says that the router will not work and that we need to buy a new one. We called the customer care twice, and they just hang up. So indecent and irritating behaviour.

    When i call someone from the office to cancel the connection and get a refund, they just pass your call around.
    No resolution has been done till now.
    When i mailed the nodal officer, karnataka, there has been no response also.

    Please help.
    Its so embarrasing and frustrating.

    Thumbs down Tikona Pune - Issue with Billing

    I want to disconnect my Tikona connection (Id: 1103768708.) due to issue faced .

    Reason: I have been regularly harassed by Tikona in spite of paying all bills in time.
    Somewhere in your account the amount is not updated and in call you guys accept also but never resolve any tickets.

    The story is same since last 4-5 months and I have called customer care at least 30 times.
    Few of the tickets raised are: 1-1963109557 , 1-1990759097 , 1-1963109557 , 1-2071030832 , 1-2140681820.
    Even they say you will get call in 2 hours/24 hours but i never get.

    Unnecessarily I get calls for paying bills in fact I have paid all.

    i dont want to disconnect but due to discomfort i have to.

    Default Tikona fraud broadband

    I have posted an earlier complaint here.

    These customer care people call and ask my complaint from square one everytime, and they tell that they have forwarded my concern.

    But inspite of me asking them,several times, to give me some proper details regarding my complaint, they have not done so.

    They say they will call back, but they dont.
    simply wasted my time and money.
    This is the so called docket number 1-2148894593.

    I really dont understand what they are doing with this docket number.

    So irresponsible people.
    Totally frustrated.
