Myself Manoj kumar Giri from Pune & I'm a victim of Tikona. (Victim Account Number : 116300979)
My bad time started from 10th Nov, when i took Tikona Broadband.
I got a very good demo on the service with expected speed & connectivity. So without spending a single min i applied for it.
Filled the form, paid the amount in advance. After two days i got the connection. But the very next day, i tried so many times to login to it. But failed every time. I report it to the customer care department, and came to know that the device is defective.
But no body came to rectify it. So i applied for disconnection & refund. They committed me that within 20 days i'll get the full refund.
Till now they have generated so many disconnection request (complain no: 1-2017051664, 1-2036779755, 1-2069731829, and many more). But not a single action has been taken on any of the request. Still my a/c is active which i can't use.
Till now neither i got a proper installation nor tech support. When i ask for refund i got another Bill & reminder mail to pay the bill.
I used to call them frequently to increase my Blood Pressure.
If you speak to them politely they will put you on hold for at least 30 min and then redirect you to different dept of Tikona saying the issue is not coming under their dept, but nobody will respond to you. And if you speak loudly in a slightly bad manner they will listen to you and will generate a new request for follow up. And this will continue...
I've used so many internet services. Everywhere their are some problem, but sooner or later i got the service.
But Tikona is unique. Their objective is different, their process is totally different.
During these 52 days, I became very familiar to Tikona work culture. And i came to know that Tikona will give a new definition to service provider company.

Still waiting for the Justice to lower my BP...
