My cust id is 1101750379. All was good for more than a year with tikona, till I decided to shift to a new place in same locality. On Aug 27, 2011 I called the customer service, they informed me that on a charge of Rs 250 the connection would be shifted but nothing happened. I even sent them the address proof on email for new location. I made the bill payment on Sep 2 2011 and on Sep 3 2011 I shifted to new place. I repeatedly called tikona but of no use. Finally took a new connection with customer id 1104588508. But they would not send password on email and I didnt want to unsubscribe from NDNC on my mobile. So I asked them to disconnect the new connection which they did. This all happened till Oct 10 2011. Now I tred to login with my old customer id and it worked.
On Nov 27 2011 or 28th I received a call from 8800119707 and the person asked me to make the payment. I told him the whole situation but he would not listen and threated to "See me" at my place since he was also from same locality. Then I called customer care and complained. The customer service confirmed that from Sep 3 2011 to Oct 10 2011 the usage was nil. So I would not pay for that period. And as for your collection people calling me for payments, I would lodge a formal compaint with consumer cell if my issue is not resolved asap.
