    Default TIKONA Broadband WiFi instillation Issue

    Dear Sir/Madam
    I am a tikona user. I was applied for Tikona WiFi Router few days before and i communicate with customer care and they are saying for advance payment of Rs.1660.00 on behalf of WiFi router. So i have paid Rs.1660.00 on 3rd DEC 2011.
    But Still today i never get any conformation message or any kind of respond from the tikona side. I have called many time to tikona but the responds was same as before that... "We are forwarding your case to our higher authority... Installation will be held tomorrow at your home... bla bla bla.."
    But still it is hopeless. So Please help me if possible.

    Default Reliance netconnect plus speed issue

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    I am using Reliance Netconnect plus data card from past few months. As per the specifications the speed would be of maximum 3.1 MBps and minimum of 200 KBps. But I am getting speed of only 10KBps. That too there will be connection problem most of the time. But every month I am getting bill of around Rs.550. I am paying bills on time.

    I have contacted customer service in this regard but till now the issue is not solved.

    Could you pleas help me out in this regard.
