Hi,
I want to bring this to everybody's attention that with my new Tikona broadband connection I am very unsatisfied with both the internet as well as customer care service.
It had been almost 10 days I have been asked to wait just to get a response from their sales executive (Vijaynath) and their tech engineer (Chandrashekhar) who installed the connection but was not aware how to install the router. I was told that both will get back by the same evening but that has been more than 9 days now without any response and I am sufferring without internet connection at home now.
I want to cancel my services and get a refund of Rs.1800/- which I spent for the connection but not able to find the right forum.
Can someone help.
Also I am planning to logde a police complaint against this harrasement.
