Dear All,
I took a new wi-bro internet connection from tikona on 26th june of 2010 at varachha area in surat location. and I paid Rs. 500 Advance From My HDFC bank Cheque. But, Tikona failed to give proper service to me. Tikona's instrument is failed to caught signals. So, I gave immediately Disconnection request to Tikona's customer care. and costomer care executive told me that My Deposite amount of Rs.500 will be back after 30 days. But, Till now today is 2 nd october and already 100 days are passed. But, I dont get it back. at many times i called to tikona's engineer and customer care and every time they gave me new reference number. So, Now I want to teach lesson to tikona. So, anyone can help me what should i do? I want to go legal complain of Tikona.
