    Thumbs down Tikona Digital network

    Tikona sucks big time. Made a payment by credit card and the amount was debited twice. it has been two months since and they say that they haven't received my payment. I sent them a copy of my credit card statement too but still no reply. Executives at the customer care center are ill mannered, rude, not trained. They do not know how to speak and their supervisors are expert at making false promises. Plus today(20.01.12) they send an email saying that another user account has been created. I am highly inconvenienced by one account and they have created another one.

    Since yesterday i.e. 29.12.2011, my net connector (adaptor) was not working, today i.e. on 30.12.2011, I called on your toll free number for repair of the said part. Your employee Mr Vishal Durafhe helped me with smile and adaptor was replaced within 4 hours. Thanks for your service and really appreciate your service and very much satisfied.
