Angry Tikona digital network pvt ltd

Tikona digital network pvt ltd is very bad & false broadband service provider . It doesn't reply and solves the queries of the customer . It's services is worst than anyboth can think . It's not bother about it's customer problem. Send fake internet bills. Concerned authority please do help i really had suffer a lot due to tikona attitude of not responding and charging fake bills .


Please reply and do take action against such broadband service provider

i have disconnected the net after suffering such a service. i want all my money paid to tikona back as i have already spend a lot of my time in getting responds from them.

I have got the internet connection on 27th July of 2010. At the time of application I have selected a CB299 plan. After using internet service I have decided to change the internet plan from CB299 to FUL499 (unlimited.). I had called next day i.e. on 28th July 2010 on your customer care number 18002094276 and I made a request to change my internet service plan from my existing plan CB299 to FUL499 (unlimited)and your customer care executive promised me to changes will done within next 4 hours, but my internet plan is not yet changed. From 28/07/10 I am calling on daily basis on your customer care number 3 to 4 times in day. From last 3 days facing another problem internet speed is been reduced.

Default Complaint aginst Tikona Digital Networls for fraud broadband internet services

Tikona digital networks - broad band Internet service provider is big fraud. Its been almost five months now and my problem has not been solved. I have Fixed Monthly Charge Plan FUL599 512Kbps, and i barely get 200kbps speed. Mostly below 200. I have repeatedly logged complaints to customer care. Every time they say an engineer will come to solve your problem. Within this 5 months span, its been only twice that their so called engineers have shown their face. I doubt these engineers are not engineers because they could not not do anything excepting ping and do speed test. I have been paying them regularly and all i get is false promise of rectifying the problem in two days. I really need some one to help me on this.

There is nothing more to say about this ISP. This is the worst it can get. Its better not to have the Internet Connection than to get in touch with these people.

I used this 1 month and gave the disconnection request and even after 6 months I am dealing with these people to collect there modem and stuff and clear my bills and adjust the right amount.

Earlier I have used Tata, You Telecom and Airtel but never ever I have to disconnect in a months time.

I am really fed up of there Customer Care and Executives.

NEVER EVER GO FOR THIS. BE AWARE !!! BE AWARE OF THESE DOGS !!!

given bad service in Delhi NCR network...... Here ASISTANT MANAGER is take the profit from VENDORS ....... Because ghar ki company hai ........only just making the money all the sources.....

This Sachin Naik And my account number 1102885595.And My Issues is that Since using Tikonaservices most of the time has been Down or not working and every time i give a compliant technical team takes more than 3 days so if you see the usage its been less and more over even after making payment through cheque customer service rep told me that my cheque bounced,however my bank records show that cheque has been cleared.And on top thatTikona people have cancelled my connection and sent me a new bill.With people calling harassing me for Payment.

Tikona is HELL when the Sales guys comes will give you incorrect info,Later on You will Realise you are cheated.And the Customer service is just Pathetic,5th standard students can answer better than them.I guess Tikona needs better management people.......... to hire right people.
