its asif ameen frm bangalore,i'm using TIKONA digital network for internet frm march 1st 2010 my
user id is 1100505370,i've been complaining abt speed issue frm the
starting till today no one has solved my prob.....twice technicians
have visited my home n said my nanostation is far frm signal point so
thy informed it to mr.avinash area manager of yelahanka bangalore the
most irresponsible person in ur tikona team whome u ppl r jus wasting
paying his salary for no use....he doesnt pick his mobile wen ever i
call him never responds r jus tels some false reasons.....the worst
person in behavior also...he's jus rude n irresponsible....gud at
attracting and giving connections then jus doesnt show up face
later.......i didnt get promised 300kbps frm first month til today
first month was worst ........sometimes its almost 60kbps n sometimes
it crosses 300 its very rare crossing 300 always slow pages takes
hours to load.....i spoke to billing incharge mr.raghavendra gowda the
second irresponsible person in ur tikona team jus gave 300 wavier then
promised speed gave his personal mail id to complaint then later jus
ignored my mails i complain to u ppl always to customer care n local
technicians avinash everyone i'm wasting money n time on calls to
tikona.....now i want proper speed,sack avinash for his
irresponsiblity n even mr.raghavendra gowd(raghavendragowda@tikona.in)
r disconnect tikona nano station give back my all money including paid
bills n deposit....pls respond r else i'l sue u ppl thru consumer
forum .....i've copied the speed test results i'l attach in this
one.......................
