Undersigned requested e-net Company to provide their service at my below mentioned residence
On post paid bases with minimum monthly plan on trial bases because at our location net work
Signal is found to be weak.
After paying installation charges by Chq # 692684 dated 11.8.2010 drawn on HDFC bank e-net service has been provided by the M/S Tikona on 14th August. But unfortunately it worked only couple of days that to with lots of disconnections(Ref Bill #113284638 consumption is worth less than 50/-only )
Complaint has been lodged on 4th day because of no signal but no action has been taken by the Company and hence on 5th day I had requested service provider to disconnect my services subsequently service has been disconnected on 26th August 2010
On 27th August 2010 I received the Bill from Tikona to pay total amount of Rs 589/-Towards my usage and Rs 500/-as a security deposit where as I paid only Rs 90-towards the usage.
At present M/s Company keep calling me all most every day and asking me to pay entire amount which is not justified? as service was disconnected less than days from date of installation.
Hence kindly look in to this matter to avoid any more telephonic harassment from the company.
