Sir/Mam,
I am using Tikona Internet services. As i am finding 'no usage' as present i wanted to disconnect the Tikona internet connection.
I tried calling there Toll-Free customer care number. i guess it should not be called 'customer-care' as there is not a single help out there available. 100's of calls i have made out of which only once your executive picked up and that too he replied i cant help you regarding disconnection. i asked him kindly transfer the line to appropriate department he replies sorry i am unable to do that. i don't understand what kind of services is this. (you can check in there call records if they think i am lying)
I am sure when billing time will come there services would become the most 'prompt' service.
i know i am being rude in my language but if someone is really irritated that's why using such language.
PLease Help me out. i want to get it disconnect in this month only.

I have sent an email to them also as a proof that i have already made them aware of the situation. I'l not be responsible for paying the next month's bill as i have already told about disconnection 15 days before.
