    Default Tikona subscriber complaint

    Dear Sir,

    I have Tikona internet at my end. my user id is 1101224641. I have given Rs. 500 amount cheque for installation.

    since the connection has installed but it does not work. They has given me connection for 4 computers, it is written in their brochure but they are not allowing me to connect internet in four computers.

    I have logged complaint reference number: 1-554076414 since 5 days back, but still they are not resolving my internet connection problem.

    I am getting loss in my work, please take some immediate action. I want my installation amount Rs. 500 back + amount of loss caused by this internet connection.

    HI,

    till nw i wont recieve any hard copy of my bill so thi was only reason for dela in payment process
    as imy bill date was on 25 may 2010.

    Hi,
    This is Srijith and I had a Tikona Connection in the name of Manjunath Bhandary.

    I got a situation here regarding my bill payment.

    I have been paying the bill for first two months(ie. Aug and sept) But the customer care people call me and ask for the bill payment.
    I said, I have already paid the bill and also I have given them the check details.

    But later after few days they are calling me again and again asking for bill payment. I say the same thing, I said above ,and then they ask for check details.

    My connections are disconnected now ( I assume this is because you people are thinking I have not paid the bill)

    I know I have a due payment for the month of Nov. But i did not pay that bill because, my connection was disconnected when the bill was received and I have filled complaint over 15 times ( 1 same complaint each day) but I did not see results. I don't know what you people are doing with the complaints. You people where least bothered to fix it. No one even bothered to call me to discuss about the problem.

    But for bill payment (i dont know which month, even the customer care guy did not know which month when I asked him ) you people call me daily.

    Who will tolerate this type of service ?

    Also for installation purpose the installation guy came at 11pm at night. with no Ethernet cables. I had to buy my own LAN
    cable for my PC. Great service!!! right ?

    After no response for over 15 complaints I have filled for over 1 month, I changed my connection to a different good ISP and I am pretty
    happy about their service.

    My problem is,

    -- You guys started calling me now and asking for the check details almost everyday. I have given these details long back ago so many times
    .so, stop asking these details and stop calling me again.

    --Also please train them on how to speak with costumers.

    SORRY TO SAY THAT YOUR COMPANY IS INSUFFICIENT TO OPERATE THE INTERNET SERVICES BECAUSE LAST 20 DAYS MY INTERNET CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING AND I LODGED SO MANY COMPLAINT TO YOUR CALL CENTRE ONLY THEY ASSURE OUR ENGINEER WILL VISIT TO YOUR OFFICE AND RECTIFIED THE SAME, AFTER 15 DAYS YOUR JUNIOR ENGINEER MR SUMMIT VISIT TO OUR PLACE AND TRIED FOR TWO OURS AND HE IS UPTO THE MARK TO RECTIFIED THE FAULT
    AND HE AND MR CHARANJEET VISIT OUR OFFICE AND TAKEN MY VERY IMPORTANT PEN DRIVE WHEN I REACHED BACK I CALL TO HIM HE ADVISED ME I WILL DISCUSS WITH CHARANJEET THEN I WILL WHETHER THEY TAKEN OR NOT EVEN AFTER THAT I TRIED MR CHARANJEET MOBILE HE SWITCH OFF THE MOBILE AND NOT RESPONDING

    NEXT DAY AGAIN HE CAME WITH MR TRIPATHI AND PRASANT HE RECTIFY THE FAULT ONLY FOR TWO HOURS THAN IT WILL GONE OUT OF ORDER.

    SO I TRIED FROM YOUR ENGINEER THEY ARE NOT COMPETENT AND THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE BECAUSE THE SAME PEN DRIVE IS MY ITI SIGNATRURE ID AND IT WILL COST ME RS.4,300/-

    SO PLEASE DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION WITH IMMEDIATE WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY AND I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY RENT FOR THE SAME AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST MR SUMMIT AND MR CHARANJEET

    Default Worst customer care service ever and no communication at all. Absolutely ridiculuos

    Hi
    I just want to inform you about the kind of service i am receiving from Tikona.
    This is ridiculous. I never thought about this kind of service.
    I was told about my plan (circuit breaker@499/month)
    and they took Rs.1102 in the starting only and now they are saying this Rs.1102 was for 1 month
    Which initially was for 2 months as they told me. And in one month only i have faced many problems like
    1.) Slow Speed
    2.) Network disconnection
    3.) Billing problem etc.
    and my queries are not resolved in the given time and not even after that.
    I made a huge mistake by taking Tikona's internet connection.
    I would strictly recommend everybody not to go for Tikona, no matter what the situation is.
    I am very much disappointed with the person having mobile no. 09999661349 (so called Tikona Head of North Zone, i guess)

    Dear Team,

    This is really furstating and the completely bad service i ever seen in my life given by Tikona. Tikona promised speed is given to me is 512 but since last 4days, I am not getting the proper speed and getting only 100kbps speed, for the same i have already done the complaint to the customer care of tikona and been keep calling and talking to your customer care agent and they keep saying "you will get the call in next half an hour" but i never received any call from you since last four days. Its been four days since i am facing the issue.

    I have some business dependencies which is getting hit due to this issue. delayed in their response is hitting me a lot. Kindly help me to them to escalted and take nessory action or let me know how can i do some kind of leagal action?

    Default useless tikona costumer care

    My name is Reshma Quazi, ID #1103311790. My net connection did not have proper connectivity for the last 10 days. It suffers my work and I have complained about this to tikona costumer care more than 10 times, but no response, nobody bothers about my complained. They told to send engineer or technical group team but nobody came to resolve the problem.

    Finally, i want to disconnect that rubbish internet.

    Exclamation The worst internet provider.

    I have submitted complaint around 3-4 times, and they say I will receive call within half an hour. No call is received ever.
    I plan to disconnect from their service and buy a 3G Stick which is cost effective and reliable. (due to reliability of mobile operators).

    Their customer care calls as soon as bill is generated but no calls received for technical help.
    I tried speaking to a supervisor and no supervisor is available ever.

    months and I am not happy with my broadband speed, but plan charges are less that is why I am still using TIKONA. There are some problem with speed but I think this Tikona has more problem then other service provider. I called Toll free number 1-800-209-4276 to raised complaint, I came across one new options from Tikona i.e press 1 for technical support (I was accepting that this will not work) I followed the instruction to my surprise call was connected to Engineer, issue was resolved as there was some alignment issue, I was changing the position of CPE and the technical guy was guiding me that this is proper position as the device was catching maximum speed. Till know Net is working fine, hope this will continue. I am thankful for your assistance

    Default Nonpayment of refund

    Dear Sir,

    One year back I had subscribed to Tikona Digital Networks. All along until I got it disconnected it was a troublesome journey with Tikona. My service id is 1102488863 and my data plan was HFUL2999.

    First of all, the tikona service personal who visited us for new connection fed us with misinformation that for HFUL2999 plan initial amount is Rs.4000. Next, when i gave them Cheque which belong to my Chennai account, they refuse from accepting, saying that outstation cheque was not allowed. Since I was new to bangalore, I had not opened my bank account in Bangalore. So they said that they will accept cash. Although I oppose saying that according to Tikona rule we are not suppose to give cash, they convinced us by saying that they have spoke to their manager. When I got the ebill, I realised that only Rs.3308 is charged. Then I called the person who provided us the connection, & he started blabbering something & trying to convince us. Then after complaining to Tikona customer care and after 15 days of exchange of calls, Tikona had accepted that their men has cheated us. After some 10 days, I got back my remaining Rs.700. After this experience and repeatedly facing issue of reconnection, I decided to disconnect the Tikona network and get back the remaining amount. This was within 2 1/2 months of new connection. They disconnected from their network but didnt send their personal to collect the adapter. This was during first week of december 2010. Since then I have called them 6 to 7 times to refund my amount & every time they say that once the adapter is collected by area personal, they will refund. Some 3 months back Tikona person has taken back their adapter but still I havent received any refund. Worst is, Tikona has stopped customer grievance cell to which I used to repeatedly ask about my status. I also tried calling Bangalore zonal office, but to my despair no one picks up the call. I really doubt whether Tikona has received any license from government to provide the broadband service ? I want my refund of approximately Rs.2200 back asap. It been 10 months and I am still waiting for it. I would also like to claim for the interest earned over the refund amount for the last 10 months.

    I would be really grateful to Consumer forum, if an immediate action is taken against Tikona Network.

    I have emailed my email id & registered contact number. Received a call from Tikona Customer care asking for details and stating that they are looking into the matter.

    After that there is no follow up of further processing. Please let me know the latest status.

    Angry Cheating tikona...dont have minimal ethics...

    I Facing probem with tikona representatives .They took 1200 rs from me and they not even gave me wireless accesspoint...i compliant to customer care they saying pay 1500 for wireless router.

    One representative name - Vinay (ghansoli, koperkharine, vashi) .. he took 500 rs from me and said me that he will give accesspoint ..upto now he not gave...when i am calling him he is giving reckles answers..regarding this complain to tikona ..they are saying he is not tikona employee...wht to do. now...


    Please Navi Mumbai fellows please dont trust Vinay his numbers 8080151394 9004433839 .

    he saying his manager is manoj.yadav@tikona.in.

    please TC of ur money guys ... before paying money to him call to tikona for verification.....

    Unhappy Regarding Refund Cheque

    Hello,
    Myself Zartab Hashmi. I live in Delhi, okhla. My registered number is 9891385644. On 8th of June I subscribed for internet connection. After 3 to 4 days a man named Avinash came from Tikona and without any demo he took Rs1433 and told me that an engineer will come and he will set the connection. And after 4 days of patience , tikona's network engineer named Sandeep came. And after 1 to 2 hours he refused to set the connection, when I asked for reason , he told me that my roof is unable to get the network that's why connection can not be set. When I asked him for refund he told me to call the customer care for my refund. Then I called customer care and said that refund my money then the customer care executive told me that it will get 1 month for refund cheque to reach to my address. And when I asked why so many days then he replied that there are some procedures to be followed, I said ok I will wait. But waiting was too long. I was unable to understand that the cheque was coming from America or the cheque paper was under print. Anyway i called customer care again then the lady told me that it will take some more time. And finally I got a message in July saying that I will get the cheque of Rs 1100 in few days. I again called customer care and asked why I will get Rs 1100 instead of Rs1433 then the lady said that I will get the exact money I paid, means she was unable to give me an exact answer to my question. I waited some more days but there was no message or call regarding my refund. And calling to customer care became my habbit everyday after office. And then lastly I got a message on 26 August saying that my refund cheque got returned and I will have to collect it from the tikona care address (225, 3rd floor, okhla industrial area, new Delhi). And a man named Anuraag srivastava was mentioned there in the sms. And when I reached to tikona office situated in Delhi. The recption man told me that the Anuraag is not available please tell me the issue I have ,then I told him about my refund cheque then he said that he will inform me about the cheque and I will have to wait for some more time ,then after few days I called him again then he told me that there is no cheque of my name there. And yesterday I again called customer care and asked for the solution then he said that I will have to write a mail to customer care about my issue. Here is almost 6 months completed and there is no solution please reply and refund my cheque as soon as possible. I am also having reciept of money I paid to tikona. My new mobile no. is 9911070731. My email-ID is hashmi.diehard@gmail.com

    Angry Refund/Connection for Tikona

    Hi Sir,

    I have made a advance payment of Rs.1000 for Tikona on 29/10/2011 for Broadband connection, which I never got.

    Even after 1 month when I ask for refund they only say that they are processing the request. i don't understand what they are processing since they never registered my account nor gave me password for it,.

    My name is Ranjit K. I no 9994642773.
    I got the connection from Mr. Raja 9629825261, who promised me the connection next day, that never went through. When I ask him for refund he just foward to somebody you say that they will check and come back to me.

    Please help me to get the refund.
