Dear Sir,

I was using tikona internet facility,
my account no : 114207895
and my plan was : 750 unlimited ,
but after few months they said that we will have a usage of 7GB at 750kbps after that the speed will decrease , so i requested to cancel my account on 1/10/2011 by paying 2000 rs remaining bill amount.

but they are sending me the bill again and again informing that i am using internet while i am not having modem itself.

please help me to come out of this,
