My name is ritesh i live in bangalore. I am using tikona wi bro broadband, I changed my plan from BB649 costing 649 (excuding tax) to ADBB 549 costs 549(excluding tax) to save 100 rs.
But i shocked to see my bill this month. Half month they charged 237.90 (according to ADBB 549 plan) half they charged 367.77 (according to BB649 plan) ITS ACCEPTED. but additional they charged 549 + taxes now my total billed amount is 1257 when i called in customer care they are telling sir its advance rental you have to make this payment. but when I am telling i'm not a new customer why you are charging me a advance deposit? they don't have a answer. with same query i called more than 5 times to customer care but no solution. what should i do??
