To whom it may concern:

Tikona Wi-Bro wireless services they provide in the name of "cheap and reliable with speed" net connection, is totally fraud in KOLKATA area. I have been made one of the fools by them as I have already paid them thousands rupees. All, I want now is to get my Tikona service disconnected. Inspite of requesting them for disconnection times and again, they are unethically prolonging the disconnection, as a result I am getting billed from them.

The customer care is even worse than their broadband services. I have made several complaints regarding the problem with these people, all my efforts seem to have go in vain.

I am traumatized by them and am thinking of going to consumer court if they keep on billing me like this.
