Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding the Tikona Wi-Fi internet issue, i opted for this internet connection in April 2011(approx) and asked for a wi-fi modem and told them that without Wi-fi modem the internet would be of no use for me. i waited for a month for the wi-fi modem and i did'nt got it, instead, i got a bill charging me for a wi-fi modem, then there was service back-up problem, when ever i used to call the customer care they said your complaint will be handled in 24 hrs or 48 hrs which never happened, and then i paid the internet second bill and called them to disconnect the internet service which they never did, then again after 2 to 3 month i wrote to the area customer care manager to disconnect the internet and adjust the money which i paid at the time of installation to disconnect my internet which never happen and between this period i called many times to customer care for the same. NOW THEY ARE SENDING ME BILLS EVERY MONTH AND ASKING ME TO PAY IT , THEY ARE CALLING ME AND THREATENING ME AND THE FUNNY PART IS THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A WI-FI MODEM TILL DATE. i have even explained this issue to there accounts department and to there representative many times and again again new people from Tikona are calling me and saying you will keep receiving these types of call, i even have few e-mails which i wrote to the customer care to disconnect my internet.
