    Default Tikona WiBro services(very bad)

    Hi,
    i have taken a new connection(15-sep-10) but after 10 days ,i got problem in connectivity and reported to customer care but no reply or service
    Reference Ticket ID:

    1-1205753724
    1-1199388894
    and taken so many follow up but no reply,every time they says that i have forwarded to concerned deptt.but no response.after six days follow up then i went to their office (Kala pathar ,ghaziabad) one service engineer came and resolve issue by hit and trial method.

    very next day again same issues arises but no solutions till.

    Already talk to Mr Ajeet (91-9311448825 ),Mr.Abhishek(91-9873402577).

    but still no solution,i have already spent near about rs 1000/- in phone for the follow ups

    Its very same to TIKONA Wi-bro services.

    I am still confuse for what should i do ???
    I am also totaly digusted with their services & contemplating a terminating the suscription.

    Hi,

    I subscribed for BB649 plan last month (17th of SEP),first 10 days the speed of my connection is good (2Mbps)
    then after that i am unable to access internet after 5 minutes of log in,only tikona log in is available for me,i called customer care so many times but they disconnect my call when i tell them about this problem.

    Please give me solutoin ASAP
