This is a serious complain against the billing team of TIKONA WIRELESS BROADBAND SERVICES. I being an ex-customer have suffered enough from their ser vices. They never bothered to send any king of bill statements . and this i have been suffering from January 2011 onwards. despite this i managed to pay the bill for the months of january and february but all limits were crossed when they dint even bother to generate the bill for March 2011 and i like a Mad person despite being a customer kept asking for my bills and these illiterate executives of the billing department kept telling me that they have sent me a soft copy of the bill statement on my mail..when i dint receive any of it. Executives like Kalpana, Aarti were very rude and kept asking for the payment of the bill amount wen the dint even bothe to generate the bill. This became clear on the receipt of an SMS from TIKONA stating that the march bill has not been generated yet. This message was received on 26th April 2011.
This plight did not stop yet soon the raised the April bill with an arbitary MARCH bill amount inclusion and a late payment fee, out of no reason. I really dont understand that when these tikona people cannot generate the bill on time then why do the ask for late payment fees...this is a serious case of FRAUD against people using their services. They purposely donot generate the bill on time and then they dare to claim the LATE Payment fees. This is basically fraudagainst the customers.. They are into some kind of a scam and they are literally robbing the customers of the late payment fees when they on their end do not generate the bills..
I have enough proof against them to nail their company and send the management executives to jail. I have been collecting them since i was repeatedly harassed by the TIKONA Executives. I have spoken to many executives, called on the customer care several times and lodged in various complaints related to the billing. The compliant nos. are provided below are all from 04 june 2011 to 22 April 2011

I returned their modem and also have the receipt of it. and i was told the the service will be terminated. but despite the the send me an arbitary bill with some kind of stupid recurring charges of 100 rupees in May. and rolled the amount to 2100.00 INR. despite the fact that i was not using their services. Finally i had received a call from a Tikona executive SHIBANI whose no. 9930408324.She confirmed that the service would be terminated but for that i have to pay a bill of 1400 INR and with all the recurring and the late payment fees by the 14th of Aug 2011. She even said that i will receive a email stating the same. I agreed to do so but did not as usual receive any emails. On 30th Aug i received aSMS from Tikona stating that my account has been closed due to terminate order in progress. but despite this i received a mail on 30 september 2011 staiting that i have to pay a bill of 2100. INR.
I really dont understand what bill are these people claiming from me when i have not been using their services since APRIL 2011. and when i agreed to to pay the bill for 1400 as a settlement amount to close my account. why didnt they send me any mail or any executives to collect the amount. Moreover when they are sending me an SMS stating that my account is closed due to terminate order in progress then why are the send me a mail stating that my account is active and i can login.
This is a fraud company and needs to be shut down there are illiterate people working in this company.
