I have been frustrated by Tikona Broadband service. I paid money 16 days back. After calling them 10 times a person came to me for installation but he said there is some problem in connection I will come day after tomorrow to check and fix the connection.
Since then I have called Tikona care more than 10 times. Anyhow I got the username and password and used the net for 3 or 4 days. But after that they disabled my service. I am continuosly calling them but am still waiting for any response by them. My billing date is being counted without any service . I am left with no other option than to complain at consumer forum. |

Tikona's service is really frustrating. Even I was thinking to take tikona broadband connection but my friends told me about its amazing service after which I could not dare to take its connection
