Dear Sir,

I had opted for the Resume Writing and Zapping services from Times job.Com. I paid an amount of Rs 4875/-. Initially wrong services were offered and my wrong Resume was zapped without my conformation. Then they gave me a new order No and after 3 months
the problem is not solved and I had not been offered the Services for which I paid the money.

Kindly Guide in solving the issue.
