Sir,
I have ordered one 5 in 1 air sofa with tv teleshopping by paying rs 6200/- through credit card.This 5 in 1 air sofa set consist of four accessaries,;.I recieved sofa set without accessaries. When I contacted customer service and its propritor soon after the receipt of item,they have promised me to send the accessaries immediatly. This has happened a month back. Without those accessaries the item have no use at all. I try to contact customer service as well as the propritor at delhi ,they terminate my call. I have sent e mail and sms ,but in vain. Hence I seek your valuable advice in this matter and oblige.
