Hi,
I bought MTS internet connection of rs/-799.But the shopkeeper has recharged for FSR 501 rs only.
He is not at all helping .Simply asking us to contact customer care.When contacted costomer care they said the shopkeeper himself done for FSR 501 rs only.
He is talking very rude,disconnecting the call when we are asking for issue.
He is making fool of costumer
Thrice we went his shop for connection activation itself.He lost our proof document.Then again not activated,after several reminder he did and that to less amount,however we paid 799 rs/-
Kindly look into this issue ASAP,such disgusting people shoudl be taken care by some legal authority.
