I have taken an broadand connection from TIKONA(user id :1104572206) and from day1 the connection is very slow and it connection gets disconnected many times in between usage.
While taking connection they will show a demo which will work fast but my real 2MBPS connection works like 2kbps connection and it diconnects many times also.

So i raised a complaint with Tikona for resolution of problem with the connection but their engineers are never able to resolve the problem and nobody will even contact you regarding the ticket.If you call their customer care you have to wait for more than 30minutes to get a person in line and even they will not even respond properly.So i planned to disconnect the connection and raised a request to disconnect on Oct 25 and no response.So i raised another disconnect request on Nov 12 and and they are not willing to disconnect the connection.They just continously send you montly bills without disconnection.When you check with customer care regarding disconnection they will tell it is in progress and my disconnection is in progress for 2months now.


Also while taking connection they will collect 1000rs and they told that 500rs is refundable amount and it will be refunded during the time of disconnection.But after you raised disconnection request they will tell they will not refund the refundable amount.

Their internet connection and response from customer care department is very pathetic.Please look into this seriously.
