i have attaced my complain as under which i already mail to vodafone people and to director pg telecoumnication after long pursuing around 2months mr vivek from vodafone send person in name of hari on 17/08/2011 and get collected the data card which does not works as there is no 3g network in sec 14 dwarka as the also agreed and commited me on ph will arrange the refund chque of rs 2000 which i given in advance, but next day the parul there noddale officer called me siad that i have to pay the bill ist which will bgenrated on 20/08/11 i asked them when i have not used ur services and u peole unable to provide me asper u also agreed there is no network here then what for i pay the bill but she said after paying the bill they only arrange for my refund which is totally unfair
so plz lookinto it sir and help me to get my money back with reasonable compansation also that i sufferd with great mental tourcher and feel get cheated by them.

im forwarding u the complaint against my data card no9873341974 whic i already mail to ur noddale officer and also to vodafonecare and make so many calls earlier and today on 15.7.11 at 111,198, 55666 as per ur excutives told to me but not get any satisfasctory awnser or solution agaist my data card as per u cn check my call detail of my cellno 9873049282 and also spoken at last with mr jaipal noddle office on 8.7.11 at 16.45 with reffernce no 178780235 but still wating for feed back as he assure me to give in 3 working days and im not able to acces data card at yet.
so its my hummble request to u know to do the needfull in this regard . as im going through with gr8 mental tourcher

now another issue is about the data card the vodafone people called me and told about its 3g data card and speed will b 3.1mbbs which is much faster i was using the airtel brodband and for rs 500rs per month in this regard i called to vodafone at 111 on 22.6.11 and ask for, the executive there told me the same so i get intersted in that and ready to buy and its delivered me on 23.6.11 at my home ad i paid the cash 2000rs as 1500 for data card and rs 500 as advance rent .now when i start using it the speed was to slow even very lower then my earlier brodband so i called up to help line and i come to know its 2g card its not 3g but 3g is compataiable but im not aware about and ur executives missguided me i so i visited to vodafone store in d.ganj delhi 110002 and told them about my concern so the lady sitting over there told me it can not b refund back but ican take the 3g service for the same in 850rs pm and i get the speed 3.1mbbs and can use 3g data any how i agreed for and belive on her,
now once again when i start using the data card im not getting the speed again i called up to help line no and spoken to kuljeet so he told me m not able to get 3g as its not in dwarka where im staying and using it even after going through with mannual settings so once again i feel get cheated and visited to voda fone store in dwarka sec12 and the excutive the helpless to help me and told me to complaint u for this .
plz look in to mam as im going through with mental torcher wasting of my precious time only for this to call u people visited voda fone store and all.
as i get very disappoint plz take back ur card and refund bk my money .
