    Angry Vodafone 3G - PrePaid billing issue

    I bought Vodafone 3G data card few months back; i took pre-paid as i wanted to restrict my usage. But now when i checked yesterday its showing balance of -5313 Rs. If i have taken pre-paid connection how can my balance go into minus?

    When talked to customer care; they say that's how it works!!

    My simple question to them is : when my balance goes into minus; the connection should go down. how can it keep going into minus infinitely??
    and what's the meaning of PrePaid then??
