    Red face Vodafone

This a horrible experience of taking a Vodafone Datacard conncetion of 3g speed . I took a datacard connection at the month of June 2011 after taking the connection from the retailer it took around 10days to activate the line. The area manger and other few people even asked for sorry for it for repeatedly failing the commited dates . After the line was activated I found out that the signal for 3g at our place was so low that the internet was getting disconnected repeatedly .Again they took a day to send there engineer for network , he plugged in the datacard in his laptop and claimed speed and signal was ok and I need to change my computer settings which was not told to me prior to that .I was very upset and all my important works got stucked .Then I again spoke to the area manager and she admitted the fault and said if you wish you can give back the datacard and take back your money. I spoke to the retailer he agreed for the same . I even went to the Vodafone shop to disconnect the line but after few days someone from feedback departemnt asked my about the service. I was shocked and told him please enter into your system that I donot have any connection . He said h will do the needful , agian after a month I received a call for the bill payment . I told I have not used it yet , please check your system , they checked and agreed , again after 10- 12 days someone from recovery department called with a very rude tone and asked for the bill I again said the same he disconnected the line . I was wandering what is going on and thought things may get settled .But today in the morning I received an advocates notice regarding non -payment of bill . I am not sure that for what they are charging the bill and how long they want to charge . Is it so that as because I had signed a declaration while taking the connection they can extort any amount money from me and harras me with all this kind of letters ? Please help me and suggest me .

    Default Vodafone datacard connection

After getting reply from your forum I wanted to go to the site of Vodafone and note down the compalint but the system site is not taking the entry . I even called the legal officer of Vodafone to tell me about my uses on the card he reverted me back after 1hour that it was used on 24/ 25 / 26 th June and mostly for the checking purpose by their own network engineer only . Is it that I have to pay for a connection check ?
