vodafone data card
hello sir,i m bhaskar yadav a working class individual.i ordered a vodafone net cruise data card because i wanted high speed internet and i was ready to pay them.but when they gave me the usb stick they told me that i would get download speed of close to 3mbs.first of all it took 7 days for the plan to get activated and after that when it did got activated,the speed was so low that i couldn't even open a website page.then they had told me that if you want to deactivate the service with in 15 days you will get your full payment back.they charged me 1750.i.e 1500 for the usb stick and 250 for the activation charges.then one day i went to the vodafone store get my payment back.they told me that your complaint has been registered and you wil get a call back which i never did.then i visited the vodafone store again.they did the same thing,they registered the compliant and told me that you get a call back.which i never did.now i m really furstrated with this and want my money back for the service i never ordered and used.1500rs mean a lot to me as i m a working class guy.please help me consumer court and help me get my money back from these frauds.and i want you guys to register a complain against these guys so that they don't trick people and extort money like this.i will be highly gratefull because at this point i have no hope wat so ever.my vodafone number on which this services was activated was 9654957686.and this has been a total waste of time,money and energy.the gentle men you sold me this his name is sushil sharma and junaid(9899160097).and i wanna tell that this kind of corruption is going on in our country under such a big banner name.vodafone should chuck these kinds of employees out of their payroll.these guys are making money by tricking people into utter fraud and frogery.a very strict action should be taken against them.
