This is Arundas, I Pruchased a prepaid Vodafone netcruise mobile internet USB stick for Rs.1000, from a Vodafone Sales Representative(Rajesh-9962792710 & Suresh- 9884419255),
from my Company(Tech Mahindra Pvt Ltd, Chennai).The Device ia activated on 18-NOV-2011.

From the first day onwards i am getting deadslow speed, an average of 10 Kbps, however vodafone offers 3.1 Mbps FU. Many times i registered complaint at the customer care,and there is no response for that.The sales executive Mr Rajesh has cheated me by giving wrong promises as, this dongle having free roaming and will get a maximum speed of 3.1 mbps. I confirmed from customer care(1800-120-1111) that roaming is not available for the Vodafone Netcruise Mobile Internet USB stick. I googled for performance of netcruise and i am totally disappointed because there are lot of people facing the same problem. As a trouble shooting procedure i checked the same dongle in various places and various laptops. Performance is the same. While contacting the Sales Executive he is not behaving properly and giving excuses as Vodafone Netcruise Mobile Internet Stick Need MTS signals to Performance well. Its not my fault and i want to cancel my connection and need refund.
The sales Executives are giving Wrong promises to achieve the sales target. I purchased the same inside My company. As an MNC this is not fair for a Vodafone Like good Telecom
Service Provider.
Please take this as a serious issue and do the needful for the cancellation of the connection and refund of the amount.
