B-75, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201307 Phone : 91-120-4666666' and got delivered on 26th of December 2010. Person from Bangalore who have delivered and collected all the documents (1 photo and ration card photo copy, water Bill photo copy and Passport photo copy his name is Kumar - M. No 8553981183) I tried to reach him but always his No will be switched off. He told that within evening your card will be active. But my problem is still unattended and I’m not able to activate my data card, it’s almost 6 days. Now I called the advisor from whom I got a call regarding the data card connection. On repeated calling to the advisor Name Rohit (M.No: 09654851748 Office Direct No: 011204087623 Delhi) I’m not getting a proper response from him, most of the time don’t pick the call.

I called Reliance Customer care regarding this; they told me that still my Application has not been submitted at.

I have a Invoice Bill with me.

This is Karthik from Bangalore . Even i m going through the same Situation.

I ve purchased a Reliance Data card on Last Thursday(10-Feb_2011) through connectindia.in (Receipt : 3170391)

Gentle man Munendra Kumar who was talking to me during the Initial stage , promised me that It will be activated soon & would provide free Goa trip along with this Pack .
I was told that it will be activated as early as on Saturday morning & but it was not even Delivered by that time to me .
When i enquired , i was told that it would be done before Noon ( 4 PM )& I ve submitted my Address proof doc, Photo & Photo id to their representative then ,when he gave me the DATA CARD.
The Fact remains thats ITS NOT ACTIVATED YET .Later I called Mr Kumar ,he became so busy that ,he had a Heart to Cut my( his customers )call inspite of my multiple requests for the access ASAP.
Till now , i m trying to reach him and he is not picking up the phone , not replying me in Mail or SMS
No response and its higly frustrating to keep calling them again & again

I am Manoj , I ordered a Tata Photon Plus data card. I got a call from from Rafi Mohammad ‘VRITI INFOCOM PVT. LTD. B-75, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201307" on 27th june. He sent a link for the payment. I made the payment though net banking and the card got delivered on same day. The person who came to my office for the delivery collected all the documents from me. After one hour I got a call from VRITI INFOCOM that my card is activated and I can use it. I tried to connect photon plus with my laptop and tried to activate it by giving the 14 digit pin number. After 2 days I am still not able to connect it. The only reason why I took tata photon plus was because when I got the call from VRITI INFOCOM they said the card will be activated within one hour.
I have talked to tata photon customer care 3-4 times but they are saying my card is not activated. I just wanted to know whether I can get my money back. Tata photon number is 9212340408

Bt since then i didnot get the installation done from airtel.

the number given in the recepit is not reachable. The internet addrss is wrong.

In less than an hour one Mukesh Dubey responded very courteously and offered different services. I opted for a service which was costing Rs 1590 and paid cash to his agent by name Somesh on Sat 16th Jul promising that the installation would happen within 24 hours.

I tried to get in touch with their Noida address, but with great diffculty got through with the person who provided the package. The person still kept on promising the installation would happen, but smell something very fishy.

How can an unscrouplous company get into the official website of Airtel and hook customers.

The representative name was Sanjeev and his number is 9990272589 and other one's number is 9289786305. They have commited me that connection would be activated after 2 hrs of getting this connection. Could me please tell me is there any place of honesty with your proffesion in this era? I have paid INR 1400 for this connection. And I have a proper receipt of vriti infocom pvt. ltd.and i.e. 16090. The RSN/Kit No. is A000002DDD6985. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise I don't have any options to knock the next door and i.e. legal.

I purchased a Tata Photon Plus on Saturday 20th August 11, till the date device was not activated. The person who delivered the device at my house told be that it will be activated within 2 hours. I tried calling him but he didn't pick the phone(9990547851). Also no. given on invoice for Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd. (0120-4666666) is simply seems dead as even it is not ringing. I contacted customer care and they are saying till the date my documents didn't reach there.
Can anybody help me and take actions against such agency/individuals....

A person named Jatinder called me and advised me to either pay through credit card or deposit the amt. in a bank a/c.But as 22/08/11 was a bank holiday,he advised me to pay through his local executive.His local executive collected money from my home with apomise to install the DTH connection by evening.But after that nothing happened.the mobile no.of the local executive is switched off.the no.1204666477 which cantacted me by saying as calling from AIRTEL call center has never been able to connected
I tried to get in touch with their Noida address,but nobody responded.I am smelling something very fishy.

How can an unscrouplous company get into the official website of Airtel and hook customers.

On 24nd Aug 2010 I gave contact details at Airtel site for DTH connection and then I got call from Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd and asked to me to do payment of 2740/- for the same offer and said I will get connection within 24 hours.

On the same evening, a cash collection boy came to my residence at Warje, Pune and told me that the connection will be installed next day. But despite of calling again and again on several numbers no body is responding and Airtel DTH yet not installed.

Once I made payment, since then I didnt get any call or response from them. I tried to call them on his number and no response.

Is the Airtel looting the people with Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd jointly.

I am continuous call to your office no (0120-4666666) and your exicutive,but no body can pick up the phone and can't any reply.I am purchased this product for emergency purpose,but till one week it will be panic.

I got the installation only on Oct 1 and there are some issues in Signal strength. This is resolved only by Oct 7 that is after 15 days i paid. But now my account is not activated since the call from viriti is not completed. When i called Edwin – virti- 97101 16150, they said that they will resolve the issue in 30 minutes. Not yet resolved till now.

I called around 15 to 20 times to Edwin to know the status, this irresponsible guy is not even picking my call and answering. I don’t know how he was recruited. Other Virti irresponsible people are
