    Exclamation Wifi Service installation by TIKONA

    This service provider is full of people who will promise you of fast service like 48 hrs deadline and assurance that you won't have to call again and i am extremely sorry about our previous 6 failing assurances within 12 days. Like every other company it takes the money beforehand and then the guys in their helpline guys register a wrong complaint. two days later they understood my problem and then assured me that within 48 hrs wifi will be installed in your home. I am writing here after 12 days and 7 complaints .. they even stopped replying to my emails. I think they are in a very festive mood but I am not paying them for making a fool of me.

    Resolve the issue. I regret to say that your customer care is very inefficient and please explain them that making false promises does not give a good impression of a company as the customer is harassed beyond your conception. This is certainly not the way a business is done.

    I was unable to check the statistics of my data usage and requested this information to Vishal on Tikona care. Vishal assisted me to know this information adhoc for me and also confirmed the information about speed and best practices of login through Tikona.
