tatkal booking is available 2 days prior to travel date from 8.00AM and booking can be done from internet site of railway i.e. IRCTC Online Passenger Reservation System. Site works fine in the morning till 7.58AM and then the site becomes unavailable. if you try to login to site, it shows service unavailable.till 8.25 AM , the site is unavailable and you cannot book tatkal ticket. After 8.25AM, you are able to login to the site and when u reach for ticket booking, u find that all the tatkal seats have been booked and no seats are available. This happens on daily basis. Someone is switching off the server of irctc site so that no one can book tatkal tickets online and black marketers books the tickets by that time. Request you to investigate and bring the culprits in open.

This happens every single day without exception. I am very positive that some one is playing around with the servers to delay the tatkal service. Due to this i am not able to reach the booking page.. Even if i try a 100 times.. This is as good as no tatkal.
