I made a recharge for my TATA SKY DTH - 1012963789 for 500 INR for the order id R99522825c11 on 25-Dec-2011. My balance was deducted but no recharge made.
I submitted a complaint on 27-Dec-2011 from the contact page. Track id is 01203271211.
In response i got the mail from your side and from CCAvenue :: Merchant Account, Credit Card Processing & Payment Gateway on 30-Dec-2011, that refund instructions has been given to bank but the money is not refunded yet.
I have submitted three 'escalation' request as per the following details but there is no response from your side.
