I had book a domain of yahoo.com on 20 July 2010 & made a payment of Rs. 3000/- by chq on 3 August2010.

But still the yahoo team members will not yet confirm the domain name as well as not responding the calls made by me.

As i had tried their no - 022 - 61718671 on 15 times on 12 August 2010. They answerd the call after 3 Hrs.

The call centre receptionis refuse to transfer the call to their senior personel & specify that we will provide the domain name, User Name & Password after 25 days.

If the are taking 25 days to creat the domain name then why are they getting payments before it asa they get these monyes to invest somewhere in market.

Please look in to the matter as soon as possible.
