Yahoo small business, providind websites is a big cheat, inspite of saying no to renewal, they have charged on my credit card.

The control panel for Yahoo small business has options to disable auto renewal and you can also remove your cretid/debit card details from their data base yourself.
I fail to understand how Yahoo is responsible for your lack of understanding about how domain names business works.
Almost all domain registrars have similar auto renew thing as default and customers are expected to turn it off if they dont want to renew the domain.
Please find below the communication details with yahoo small business. Even now the amount was not returned to my bank account. How can I trace where the amount has gone.
