I have taken you broadband connection last three months back i have paid 4699 for 1 year package, regularly i am facing problem of disconnection i complaint so many time but they unable to resolve my problem permanently so after 20 days I call customer care said to disconnect and refund my amount, they simply gives me complaint number and said they will arange call back from you broadband I call so many time after 2 months they are saying they will not refund once paid. if they unable to give service then they should refund, customer mistake is we trust them blindly I am using internet from more then 12 years but i never seen like you broadband worst company.
