i payed an advance for 3 months plan while registration of my connection in october 2011......and hence i got free usage for 3 months till jan 9th 2012.........in the month of december i called the costumer care,my service provider in machilipatnam to hold my free usage for a month temporarily as i was leaving the city for a month..........they said ur complaint is progress.........even i have submitted a complaint through email for enquiry@wifi.in.............they accepted it and they said it is in progress............now they are saying that your free usage has been completed and asking me to pay for the next month to continue the connection...................very bad customer service........they said to ask my local connection provider..........and the local provider is saying it is not our work..............and the stupid thing is i wasted my money for the free usage by paying the bill in advance........
