we have travelled fron katra to chandigarh by ZIMINDARA travels on 09Jun 2010 and we had paid for AC services and the AC was not working , upon asking the driver and attender replied that in this hot season AC will work this much only nothing can be done, you do whatever u want to do. his reply was full of arrogance not positive. the vehicle no is UP 22 T1821.The office of Zimindara travel is in sector 22 A, cABIN NO 6&7,phone-01725047070,9464250313,9914307070.the AC was not working and it can be checked from other passenger- Mr rajkumar-9417992947, Mr piyush-9417834107,Mr anchit-9417250260.this kind of non supportive behavior id regular by these travel agency nad consumers are always suffering.the way of talking by the men in the buses are not good.they will talk softly before booking and after they will talk bluntly.

Driver's ans was fine, sometimes it happens in hot seasons that man cannot bear the heat and AC also seems to be warm, so i think its not an issue to make, i'm travelling in Zimindara from past 5-7 years & its most leading well operated transportation, and have well behaved staff too.
