Autowala refused to travel

Default Autowala refused to travel
I wanted to go from malad s.v.road ( natraj market) to chncholi bunder road as on 31-07-2010 in the afternoon. I asked 2 autowalas but both refused .There nos. are MH-O2-UA-3107 & MH-O2-UA-5183 respectively.
Strict action should be taken against these people as many a times they refuse even old people.
