COMPLANT AGAINST BUS ROUTE NO. AS 461 MULUND TO BORIVILI

Respected Sir,

It is submitted to you that my Daughter is studying in Bombay Veterinary College Goregaon. We are residents of Hiranandani Gardens and she takes Bus Route No. AS 461 to Goregaon Check Naka.

With great concern and distress I bring to your notice that bus no. AS 461 which is supposed to arrive at Hiranandani Gardens at 0802 in the morning does not I repeat does not stop here most of the time. It stops only at Panch Kutir or at L&T. On two ocassions I had to chase the bus in my car to ensure boarding of the bus at L & T and near SCI Institute opposite Powai lake. This was done purely to ensure she reaches her college in time for her Practicals at 0900hrs.

I humbly request you to kindly initiate necessary steps to caution driver of AS461 not to bypass Hiranandani Stop in the morning session.
