Hi,

As BEST increase their fair from each tickets. I stay I Borivali west Sai baba nagar, to reach home I take bus from Borivali station (BUS NO 296)to Sai baba Mandir, the ticket was Rs. 6.00/-, if I come from kandivali (BUS NO 228)to mandir it take 4.00/- only.

The 296 bus conductor always give ticket of max distance i.e if i ask for mandir they give me ticket till satya nagar, which is 2 stop ahead. when passenger complaint about this to bus conductor then they are so rude they told us to lounch complanint at BUS depo for the same. But after launching complaint no action will take on the same.

It ws not just the matter of two rupees difference.BEST transport is for pulice service and not for making money from public.


Hope this was the problem with other route buses also. please check and take corrective action for the same.
