I have received call from Club Leisure, New Delhi on 10.06.10 regarding offering Free card and some vouchers for Travelling free of cost. The executive never mention the cost for the same. He connected the line and told me to register credit card number etc and I have received the message regarding transaction of Rs.5509/- debited through my ICICI Bank credit card. As now I do not want to continue with Club Leisure because they have cheated me by insisting to register the card. The executive talking in between while registering the card so I am unable to listen the conversation properly and I have made mistake of registering my card.
How one can connect and make on line transactions over phone directly. The Club Leisure is not ready to cancel the transaction as well as money refund. They might have cheated so many card holders.
Please look into the matter and reply.

If by any chance you guys receive a call from Delhi with person speaking in Punjabi Tone & saying that your number is been selected & you are given the 6 Holiday Vouchers, 3 International, 3 Domestic with one Card offering 20% discount on shopping & Reebok Wrist Watch in just 5509/- & you just need to make the payment online to avail the offer & then the person will come deliver the vouchers & watch at your home.

PLEASE dont believe them as they are Big Cheaters & taking money of people & they not getting any thing in return.

PLEASE BEWARE of Such calls.

If they are not your outsourced company and you know they are cheating why cant club leisure put them behind bars so they cannot cheat anymore. This is really creating a bad impression of your company atleast to me. How can i trust Club Leisure any more if they have already cheated me once. If they are not your representatives and you already knowing about you, this is Club Leisure's responsibility to take care of such fake organizations which will hamper their goodwill in the market...

But you guys just know about it and doesnt care as it is not your money....i really wanted to go for a outing and it is now ruined because of Club Leisure company.

I received call & without informing card transaction made by club.During call I never told about membership. I personnaly received good service from ICICI bank i expect the bank must look inthe matter urgently.

They haven't told anything about the charges applied (INR 5509) untill I asked them categorically. They keep on saying let me transfer your call to IVR without giving any charges details. People be aware of such calls.

Respected Sir / Madam,

I would like to introduce myself as Balaji.J residing in Coimbatore.

I have received call from Club Leisure, New Delhi more than a month ago explaining me about the free card and I initially told that I was not interested, but subsequently they called me up frequently and some 15 days ago when I accepted their offer they asked me to make Rs. 5509 payment online using my HDFC Credit cart and I did make the payment for which I received confirmation from HDFC Bank. After that they told that they will deliver all the card, coupons & some gift items in a weeks time but until now nothing has been delivered by them.

I saw similar complaints by fellow Indians and thought that I too should raise my voice against such fraudulent activities.

We believe you are the right persons to deal with such cheaters and hence have submitted my complaint over here. Kindly look into the matter and reply.
