sir,

I had booked a consignment with leo packers for shifting of household goods from Veraval To Haldia during which lot of goods got damaged for which compensation is not being paid thouh insurance had been done for the transit.the persons are not even lifting phone though several correspondance has been made through mail to ahmedabad office and their head office at hyderabad even by phone.

I demand a compensation from them and want to teach them a lesson so that no other person suffers the same way.
