I booked a ticket through ONLINE BUS TICKETS BOOKING SERVICE ONLINE BUS TICKET RESERVATION with Varsha Travels from bangalore to vijayawada and when I got into the bus, I was provided a small stool at the back to sit, where as I have booked for a 2/2 push back seat. I was charged 1555 Rs, just to sit on a stool. So, I had to get down and cancel my travel. I didn't travel because of this.

1) At the first place why are such buses registered with REDBUS?
2) When will they be refunding the money back, there is no clue.( Or are they even bothered to refund?? )

Redbus is sitting just to make fool of people and earn money. No professionalism once they take money they will no where help you in regard of problem with transport.



I have booked a volvo 2X2 bus from Katra to Delhi, the surprise i got are:-
1) The bus was going to start from 5 km from the mentioned boarding place.
2) The time of boarding on ticket was given 6:30PM but the bus started at 8:00 PM when talked to Redbus they were not in a position to help us in that situation.
3) When i searched despite Redbus there was already 3 travel operator in between and Redbus don't have any hold on those operators.
4) The bus driver was very rude as he knew that Redbus will not listen to customer and there are so many operator in between that will make customer life if he will go for complain.
5) Redbus charged around 600 Rs extra the original price was 500Rs around.
6) The driver asked for extra money for baggage when we say its included in ticket he repliued rudely.
7) When called Redbus customer care they say talk to operator not to us.
8) Redbus customer care told me while booking that it will be non-stop journey but driver stopped the bus at Jammu, Katra, and many more places to fetch more passengers.

Take action against REDBUS they are fraud and irresponsible people.

They are making fool of people and just snatching money from the pocket of common man.

Please don't book ticket from REDBUS....
