I and my three friends were travelling in J&K SRTC bus number JK-02Y-0350 which was going to Jaipur and our ticket numbers were 018383, 018384, 018385 and 018386. It strated 2.30 PM from Jammu Bus Stand and the front mirror of it was break at 3.40 PM in front of Samba Bus Stand and the driver stop the bus. When the passangers ask the driver and conductor to adjust in another bus. They started abusing and misbehaving. At last when we said them to provide another special bus from Jammu Bus Stand, they also misbahave with me. At last the bus number JK-02y-0289 come from jammu bus stand at 5.10 PM. So all the passanger were suspected to arrive their destinations. My complaint is that who is responsible for this and who will compensate the time value in this busy world.
