    Default Complaint against PUNBUS

    I have travelled from Amritsar to New Delhi by AC bus HVAC with family. Departure from Amritsar Bus stand was @ 7. 45 P.M on 10th July 2011.
    Bus Number was PB_ _ 7575.

    The Driver was rudely behaving and seems drunk. At 4.55 AM once we reached near to Kannaur bus station, he overspeeded the bus drove rashly and at end could not control bus and after 2 roll overs bus went into the fields. Luckily, no one has faced major injuries but in place of removing the emergency exit, the driver and conductor were busy in collecting their ticket machine, money and then went over the roof of the bus to get away from matter. They were not bothered about the Public travelling in. Somehow public managed to escaped from the damaged bus.

    Wanted to know who is RESPONSIBLE for these incidents, where the Bus driver is DRUNK, not listening to anyone, speaking rudely, Over speeding and finally put every passenger life on stake???????????

    In rush of saving our life, I have lost my 2 baggage, my laptop has got badly damaged, me and my wife got injuries, who is responsible for all this? how will i get compensation?? Has punjab roadways department will compensate me with the "LOSS"?

    I need justice.

    Hope this PUNJAB ROADWAYS department and govt of PUNJAB is not sleeping and will work on my complaint.

    Looking forward for a revert.

    My First mail from the ISBT Delhi itself from my mobile to punbus yahoo email id regarding bus didn't arrived & i took the alternate bus ......

    After getting a request by your end, I forwarded your case to Concern depot. They replied that the bus was started from Delhi Counter on time.
    So Sir, then it is not possible to refund your amount, because in our records your seat was booked.

    My last revert to Vikas Rana (But still i am helpless how to get my hard earn money refund from punbus since i didn't travel through the bus & bus didn't arrived at ISBT Delhi on 13th Aug'11 at 5.00PM since i was available at ISBT Delhi on 13th Aug'11 between 4.30PM till 6.00PM however i have to took the alternate HVAC bus to travel at Ludhiana at 6.30PM).


    But i didn't get the bus at 4.30 to 6.00 PM at the counter, However waited & i didn't travel through this bus because this bus didn't arrived at ISBT Delhi between the time 4.30 to 6.00 PM i remained available at the ISBT Delhi for 1 and half hour than i took the alternative bus of HVAC of PUNBUS for travelling to Ludhiana.

    Try to understand this is my hard earn money i cann't let it go in this way of plan paper confirmation of Jalandhar depot since the bus last stoppage is at Amritsar & Lexia 17.00 Hrs time was not picked by any other bus even since I remained available at the ISBT Delhi between 4.30 to 6.00 PM on 13th Aug'11.

    Do let me know if i could contact someone else i tried to contact the numbers given by you in the trail mail however they had given some other enquiry number.

    Give me proper reply since i cann't let my hard earn money go in this way.

    Looking for a positive reply from this omusbman........

    Default Nonsense PUNBUS driver adn conductor

    I daily travel from Goraya to Jalandhar, as I am a working woman. I use to reach my stop by 08.15 am to 08.30 am, so that I can reach office by 09.30 am which is my officing timing.

    But, whenever they saw rush at bus stop they rush the bus, they don't stop the bus. REASON................because student with PUNBUS use to there.

    I want to ask authorities, do we have fault having pass...........? if accidently they stop the bus and we say we have pass, one must watch the reaction, as they did a blunder by stopping the bus for us.

    Authorites either stop making bus pass, or give instructions to driver and conductors of PUNBUS to pick the passholder, to avoid pass holder crowd.
